What is Total Maintenance Plan?
Luxury Fix guarantees that it will cover specific repairs or replacements for a period agreed upon from the purchase date. This will be covered under a specified period or accumulated mileage, whichever occurs sooner. Under this plan, you pay “Zero” for the repairs, replacements, and maintenance for 2 years* from the date of purchase.
The Total Maintenance Plan offers comprehensive coverage for owners of BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Range Rover, Porsche, and Jaguar vehicles, alleviating stress related to timely car maintenance, unforeseen parts wear and tear, mechanical failures, and high repair costs. This plan extends protection beyond the manufacturer’s actual and extended warranty, encompassing replacements and repairs of wear and tear parts, as well as periodic maintenance services. In simple terms, it covers virtually everything between the front and rear bumpers of your car.

Total Maintenance Plan Towing Policy
Hassle-Free Assistance for Breakdowns
Under the Total Maintenance Plan, if your vehicle requires towing due to a breakdown, we will arrange to have your vehicle towed to our workshop at absolutely no charge to you. All claims are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. In the event that the customer arranges for the vehicle to be towed, the customer will be reimbursed for the expenses incurred in having it towed to the Luxury Fix workshop, not exceeding ₹2000.
Scope of Coverage Exclusions

Any Modification to the Vehicle
Additional parts replacement, adjustments, and repairs resulting from vehicle modifications are not covered.
Accident-Related Damages
Additional parts replacement, adjustment, and repairs resulting from accidents, damages, loss, abuse, or misuse are excluded from coverage.
Negligent Maintenance
Failure to follow vehicle usage instructions, maintain proper fluid levels, adhere to service schedules, or servicing by unauthorized personnel voids coverage.
Environmental Damages
Damages caused by environmental factors such as bird or animal excreta, industrial fallout, airborne contaminants, tree sap, chemicals, or hydrostatic lock are not covered.
Fuel-Related Issues
Repairs or parts replacement due to the use of contaminated or wrong fuel, as well as wading through water, are excluded from coverage.
Battery and Accessories
Battery and auxiliary battery replacements are not covered, nor are vehicle registration costs, government charges, insurance premiums, or fuel.
Consequential Loss
Any consequential loss, damage, or liability incurred due to scheduled or non-scheduled maintenance or mechanical failure is not covered.
Exclusions Due to Vehicle Usage
Coverage ceases if the vehicle is used for motorsport, purposes not designed for, or under harsh or severe conditions such as mining sites or rough off-road use.
